Brief

We were behind the entire digital communication strategy
for 2019. This is a challenge we took very seriously, knowing,
on the one hand, the huge competition we have and, on the
other hand, how different Miniprix is compared to the
competition.

After agreeing on the umbrella concept and strategy we
started at a rhythm of four large sales campaigns per season
and multiple tactical campaigns per month.

Spring Campaign

The campaign kicked off with our first Miniprix lookbook
video project. We stayed faithful to the brand ethos and
filmed in industrial-looking places Bucharest. With the video
and photo resources ready, we developed the adjacent
materials and launched the campaign.

The summer campaign involved intense preparation for
the shooting. We chose the outfits and the styling, found the
locations and exploited the city's huge potential for a full
day. We gathered enough material to create a diverse range
of media that we refreshed every two weeks.

The season set our mood and inspired color palette choice.
Message-wise we continued the bold communication with
a slightly ironic but 100% true wordplay. We filmed the video
lookbook in Bucharest and chose some representative
places of the city for the photoshoot. For the campaign, we
followed the same performance-focused media recipe.

The winter came with a challenge: there was no snow at all that
year in Bucharest. As a result, we picked Brașov, a city close to
the mountains, as our shooting location. We managed to fit
everything in one day and the city offered us a lot of
great photo and video opportunities.
