Miniprix is one of the most beloved Romanian fashion retail
brands. A 100% Bucharest brand that we knew before we even
learned about “rebranding” or “return of investment”. In the
meantime, we have grown and Miniprix has remained the same
brand centered around low prices and a loyal 35+ customer
Our biggest challenge here was to pivot the brand to millennials
and Gen Z without alienating the existing audience.

We started with a bold goal: to stand opposed to the fashion
industry and to encourage a different attitude: to put comfort
and individuality first. The new slogan expresses this best: If
you like it, it's perfect. Experimentation is more important than
tracking trends, and the Miniprix buying experience has always
focused on this aspect.
With the approved direction, we changed everything: the logo,
the website, the brand guide, the interior of the flagship store,
the uniforms, the photo shooting guidelines, even the stationery.

The new Miniprix website is colorful, easy to use, and extremely
versatile. Visually, we have created an open environment that
encourages users to trust their fashion choices, surprises them,
and urges them to explore their own tastes.
We created a new design line and a simplified user journey, and
the straightforward, friendly tone of voice becomes an accomplice
for the boldest decisions of our customers.

Then, our favorite part: creating a 360 ° digital campaign that
will open the Miniprix brand to the future core target: millennials
and Gen Z.
We developed the digital ecosystem of the campaign and
launched the digital awareness campaign using all the tools
we had available. The circle was completed with a brand-new
