Brief

Dr. Ioana Drăgoicea is one of the most respected plastic
surgeons in Romania, and for several years has been running
a chic beauty clinic. We were glad when we learned that we
could do something aesthetic for her: new branding and a
new digital identity for the web and social media.

The customer wanted the brand to inspire a natural look and
feel, but how do you bring natural beauty into a profession
full of prejudices, where words like "plastic" and "fake"
are part of the jargon?

Website

The only material available at the start of the project was the brand
logo. Right from the start, we established a totally different visual
direction than our competitors and a radically different tone of
voice marked by honesty and soft language.

What started as a presentation website gradually became a portal
full of vital information about each procedure. The photo shooting
provided us with great resources for all the materials developed.

Launch campaign

With all the resources ready, we launched a digital awareness
campaign. Riding the notoriety of Dr. Drăgoicea, we placed our
ads all over the Romanian internet, to which we added classic
advertorial articles in relevant online and print publications to
increase the number of appointments in the clinic.

Event

Sure we're digital-first, but that doesn't mean we don't know
how to organize a flawless event. For the opening of the new
Uptown Esthetics clinic, we created an 80s glam atmosphere
full of night flowers under the concept of Night Flower Ball.

A lot of high profile guests showed up, drank floral cocktails,
grooved to our Prince-heavy playlist and took part in an
interactive body painting show.
