No fee is required by T&F for the processing of such a request, unless the request is complex. Within the allotted response time, T&F reserves the right to refuse any request, in accordance with the law. If applicable, any refusal will be duly explained and you will be informed of the possible courses of action provided by the law. If you are dissatisfied with the response provided by T&F following your request, you may file a complaint with the T&F Chief Privacy Officer as detailed in the following paragraph.
7. Complaints Procedure

T&F undertakes to carry out an investigation and to respond to your complaint within forty five (45) working days. If your complaint is justified, we will ensure that the required corrections are made.
